Hatha & yin yoga
When practicing yoga, you will feel more energized and balanced, you will learn to become more calm, more patient and to listen to yourself. Yoga influences your mental and physical health by stretching and toning your muscles, by breathing in a conscious way, by being focused and present in the present moment. You will also feel the benefits of your yoga practice outside your mat as the perception of your body, mind and life will change little by little.
I am convinced that a short daily personal practice will change your day and your life quickly and I would be happy to support you during that process. Together we will build your personal yoga program or sequence so you can practice at home if you want to. In my approach, you are the center of my attention and together we will explore your needs and desires. We will work on the postures you would like to focus on or that would support you to release emotional or physical tensions. Every exercise and session is done at your rhythm, using your breath, while learning to listen to yourself. A shorter yoga session can also be completed by a massage for optimal relaxation. |
