Motivation
I created Tadasana Massage to bring relaxation and wellness into the life of active people because, as a trail runner and yogi, I always look for ways to bring balance between the fire of my athletic nature and my need for peace and quiet. My objective is to offer you breaks to connect to your body, let go of your physical and mental tensions, listen to your breath and learn how to deeply relax.
I’m passionate about mountains, yoga, running and travelling and I know what active people may feel like. Days are only 24 hours long, and we often want to do too many things. We may feel stressed, frustrated, tired or overwhelmed. That means we are in need of a mental or physical break in order to feel the needs of our body again and to connect to what we really want. In my experience, a massage or a yoga session is a perfect way to do that and including them into your life is a healthy and easy way of taking care of yourself and to feel better all round. |
After a difficult time in 2010, I decided to change my professional life and I took a sabbatical. I remembered I wanted to be a physiotherapist when I was younger, so I took massage, yoga and anatomy courses in Thailand, Belgium and Switzerland. I learnt techniques to take care of tense muscles and balance energy’s. Now, I have 2 young boys and I can see every day how much they benefit from a massage and how much they are in need of touch. It is a way of communication that can be far more effective than words, for baby’s, children as well as for grown ups, we all really need it.
