Now your baby is born and you can share the benefits of yoga with him
During a private postnatal yoga session, you will practise soft yoga postures using your breath and some meditation techniques to relax deeply, recover from giving birth and feel more energized. The focus will be on strengthening your core: your pelvic floor, lower back and abdominal muscles will be reinforced gently. Some yoga postures can be taken with your baby and I will also show you different techniques to massage your baby yourself. If you would prefer to practise without your baby and take some precious me-time, that is of course also possible!
